Tracy United Competitive Spring Season Tryout’s
     TYSL’s competitive soccer club, Tracy United, will be holding spring season tryouts 
     We are looking for female players with birth years ranging from 2001 – 2003. 
     If you were born after August 1st of 2000 you are eligible to participate in the tryouts. 
     Spring season starts the last weekend of March and generally runs until the first weekend of June. 

The following teams will looking to fill open spots:
U15 Girls – Tracy Terminators – (looking for a goalie and other open positions currently) 2000-2002 birth year
U14 Girls – Tracy Fury 2002-2003 birth year
U13 Girls – Tracy Rapids 2002-2003 birth year
U13 Girls – Xplosion 2002-2003 birth year

Tryouts are open to all player whether you played last season or not. Interested players that have committed to a mini season team are encouraged to attend but will be strongly advised to fulfill your current commitment prior to joining a competitive team.

The City of Tracy has a Field Status hot-line that they update once a day--typically, after 3PM.

What is Competitive Soccer?  It is a traveling soccer program for U9-U19 Boys and Girls.

District 8 Kaercher League -- Is a district playing league within our District 8 which covers the following counties (Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Toulumne counties.)

CYSA-N Cal Soccer League -- CCSL is a state wide playing league that provides Division 1 and 3 teams the ability to seek higher levels of competition.  This will result in improved player and team development. 

How much does it cost?   Fees are $250-$350 per player with $125 of it covering;

  • Admin/Insurance Fees / Playing League fees
  • Fields for practices, games, and lights for winter season
  • Pictures / Referees / Restrooms

The reminder is used for uniforms, warm-ups, team bag, etc..  (which can be from $100-$250)

Teams can fundraise to cover ;

  • Tournaments: CYSA-N and US-CLUB $500-$650 average being $575
  • CYSA-N Cups:  State, President or Association Cups
  • Additional Equipment

TYSL does not offer scholarship program for competitive players.
